enjoyed the hotel, it was great with nice location in a great area. the staff were very amiable and extremely helpful from arrival to departure. location: the property was right by san antonio and penon neighborhoods, and restaurants and entertainment in san antonio and penon neighborhoods. the total experience was really good, i can recommend.

Everything was amazing, gentle staff, favourable location so close to a cool neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Modern room plus a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Had excellent service. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Really good stay, as always.

The hotel's location near the city's natural parks allowed me to immerse myself in the beauty of nature, just like being in Rock Park or Loma de la Cruz Park. The suite's spacious bathroom with a tub made me feel like I was enjoying a luxurious spa experience in the comfort of my own room. The restaurant's dishes, with influences from the gastronomy of the Colombian Caribbean, Peru, and Mexico, transported me to the vibrant flavors of these coastal regions.

The breakfast options were excellent with delicious food and great cocktails. The staff were super nice, helpful, and patient. The property was enchanting with a beautiful pool area. The location was great and the photos online accurately represented the hotel. The fast wifi was a bonus.

loved this place, felt like a home away from home. Super friendly staff, great restaurant and cool decor. Programs and activities were well put together. Rossa Palma exceeded my expectations during this stay in Cali.
